Euihan Kim's main practice area includes digital forensics, internal investigation, open source software compliance and e-Discovery, etc. Mr. Kim is also in charge of digital forensics work in each practice area, including criminal, fair trade, and compliance.
As a key member of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC's E-Discovery and Investigation (ENI) Team, Mr. Kim performs internal investigation work such as detecting corruption and trade secret leaks within a company using digital forensic technology, the response to investigations and examinations, advisory service on forensics, compliance work including an inspection to establish an internal control system, e-Discovery work in the process of international arbitrations and U.S. litigations, and digital forensic investigation related to auditing, etc.
Furthermore, Mr. Kim provides advisory services on open source licenses and compliance for companies using open source software.
