概要
Jaewoo Song is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and a member of the Construction Team. Mr. Song mainly advises and represents clients in real estate and construction matters, real estate development projects and private investment projects.
Mr. Song's expertise lies on the construction and real estate fields as he has not only served as a legal advisor for all aspects of the construction of Seoul Subway Line No. 9, including the construction contract and the private investment project for building the the subway line's first section, but provided advisory and representation services as well in relation to cases involving enormous private investments and disputes over huge construction projects, such as the one involving the private-investment Yongin Light Rail Transit construction project and private-investment Gyeongin Canal construction project. Mr. Song graduated from Korea University College of Law and completed the 27th training course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. He earned an LL.M. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
