Wanyong Chung is an expert in regulatory consulting, IT, broadcasting and communications. Mr. Chung held various positions, such as head of Communications Policy Planning Division, head of Seoul Radio Management Service, director of Informatization Strategy Bureau, director General of ICT Policy, president of Office of IP Strategy and Planning, at the Ministry of Science and ICT where he was dedicated to regulation and development of the communications and broadcasting industries.
