Hwamook Kim mainly deals with issues related to industrial safety and serious accidents. During his 30-year career at the Labor Office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Mr. Kim was in charge of policy work such as authoritative interpretation of occupational safety and health management expenses, industrial safety inspection and enactment and amendment of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Also, he performed work related to enforcement and management of labor policies such as inspection of industrial safety and support for employment at various regional and district offices of Employment and Labor in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Uijeongbu and Goyang.

Based on his extensive experience in enforcing labor policies and field experience, Mr. Kim provides consulting and advice on industrial safety, such as consulting on industrial safety and response to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
