Minju Kim is an attorney in Corporate and M&A Practice Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. She has been representing clients including private equity, domestic leading conglomerates and multi-national companies on transactions including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and strategic collaborations and foreign direct investments.
