Soojin Huh's main practice areas include regulatory consulting, criminal advisory service and handling of litigation cases related to healthcare, medicine, medical device, food, and cosmetic industries.

Ms. Huh majored in Pharmacy at the Seoul National University and Seoul National University Graduate School. After completing her courses at the Judicial Research and Training Institute as a 34th graduate, she had served at numerous Prosecutors' Offices for 15 years until she retired from her last position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor at Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office in 2020. She possesses unrivalled expertise and abundant experience in the fields of healthcare, pharmacy and food, etc. as typified by her service at Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office after designated as a prosecutor specialized in medicine in 2011 and her qualification as a Certified Professional Prosecutor in Medicine achieved in 2013.

Ms. Huh is an active member of the Food and Drug Safety Technology Committee under the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, administrative secretary of the Korean Society of Food, Drug and Cosmetics Regulatory Sciences and legal advisor of the Korean Pharmaceutical Association, and providing clients with efficient legal services base on her broad spectrum of expertise and experience.
