概要
Deukwon Kim's main practice focuses on telecommunications and spectrum policy.
Dr. Kim earned Ph.D. in Economics in 2008, and served as a research fellow in Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI) for 13 years. During his tenure in KISDI, he engaged in various activities including, among many other things, telecommunications market review, telecommunication tariff and household expenditure policy, spectrum auction design, and mid-to long-term radio spectrum policy plan. He joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2021.
