概要

Jonghyun Paik's main practice focuses on labor, employment and corporate restructuring. Mr. Paik advises and represents clients in all aspects of personnel, labor and employment and corporate restructuring.

Mr. Paik also has extensive experience in dealing with disputes in various sectors including trust, inheritance, finance, development projects, incorporated foundations, management right, fair trade and intellectual property, etc.

Mr. Paik obtained an LL.B. from Korea University in 2003, completed the 34th training courses of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Supreme Court of Korea in 2005 and served as a judge advocate. After joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2008, he obtained an LL.M. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2014 and was admitted to the New York Bar.
