概要

Sangmin Kim earned an LL.B. from Seoul National University in 2004 and completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute course in 2008. Thereafter, he served for three years as a judge advocate in the Republic of Korea Air Force and has been practicing as an attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC since 2011.

Mr. Kim earned an LL.M. from Notre Dame Law School in the United States in 2017 through an overseas study program and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2019. He handles a broad range of labor-related litigation and advisory matters and has been particularly active in advising on matters related to the Yellow Envelope Act. He has received awards from various media outlets in recognition of his dedication to his work and outstanding expertise.
