概要

Jonghun Jeong gained various experience at a labor law firm, such as experience in advising on corporate personnel management, handling adjudication cases before the Labor Relations Commission and petition cases before the Ministry of Employment and Labor. At the labor law firm, he was also engaged in numerous cases, including a case of improving work hour system, an investigation of workplace sexual harassment and harassment, and advice on industrial safety audit.
Based on such hands-on experience, Mr. Jeong is currently at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC as a member of the Labor Inspection Response Team, the “Yellow Envelope Act” Task Force, and the Serious Accident Prevention and Response Task Force. In these roles, he provides legal advisory services and represents clients across various areas, including responding to matters before the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Labor Relations Commission, handling labor union-related disputes, improving corporate HR systems and practices, and conducting compliance reviews relating to serious accidents.
