공정거래위원회는 지난 12월 19일 독과점 규율개선 TF 논의내용, 해외 입법례 등을 바탕으로 「(가칭) 플랫폼 경쟁촉진법」 제정을 추진하겠다고 발표하였습니다. 이에 저희 BKL은 전세계적인 온라인 플랫폼 규제 동향을 살펴보고, 온라인 플랫폼의 실효적 규제를 위한 입법 방식에 대해 논의하고자 본 세미나(온라인 방식의 웨비나)를 준비하였습니다. 본 세미나를 통해 각국의 온라인 플랫폼 규제 현황을 알아볼 수 있고, 우리나라에 알맞은 온라인 플랫폼 규제 방식에 대하여 논의가 이루어질 수 있으리라 생각됩니다. 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.

On December 19, the KFTC announced that it would enact the "Platform Competition Promotion Act" based on the discussions in the Online Platform Regulatory Improvement Task Force and the global legislative movements. BKL has prepared this online conference to examine the global trends in online platform regulations and discuss legislative approaches for online platforms. We expect this conference to be an opportunity to learn about the current status of online platform regulations in various countries and to discuss how to regulate online platforms appropriately in Korea. We look forward to your participation.
