Jungho Park focuses his practice on criminal cases involving finance, real estate, tax and customs, and the police.

Mr. Park worked at Seoul District Public Prosecutors' Office, Kwangju District Public Prosecutors' Office, Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Public Prosecutors' Office, etc. for 10 years before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Since starting his career as a criminal defense attorney in 2011, he has advised and represented clients in major criminal cases involving public funds provided to financial institutions and large companies, public officials, compaines, securities (e.g. insider trading, price manipulation, unfair transaction, and violation of disclosure requirements), and real estate (e.g. large-scale safety accident, redevelopment association).

Drawing upon his extensive experience, Mr. Park gave lectures on criminal practice at the Judicial Institute & Training Institute and Seoul National University Law School. He previously served as a member of the Investigation Deliberation Committee, Seoul Central District Public Prosecutors' Office and a member of the Press Arbitration Commission. He published a book titled "Securities Crime Theory in Actual Cases" in 2012 co-authored with other attorneys of the BKL's Criminal Practice Group.
