Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2004, Mun Ki Nam mainly handles works relating to intellectual property rights. In particular, Mr. Nam has a number of work experiences in the field of IP transactions, including advising on IP licensing and IP-related issues in M&A transactions.
Mr. Nam has advised major domestic companies on their licensing transactions, including advising Hanmi Pharmaceutical on licensing out of a new drug candidate to a multinational pharmaceutical company, and he has been recognized for his ability to provide comprehensive services in the field of intellectual property rights by handling a number of patent lawsuits, litigation for compensation for employee invention and disputes over license agreements.
