Seungjin Huh's practice focuses on corporate rehabilitation and corporate restructuring, etc. Mr. Huh mainly handles corporate rehabilitation matters and also has experience of providing advice and handling litigation in general civil suits and execution procedures. He advised on rehabilitation proceedings for STX Offshore & Shipbuilding, Samsun Logic, Tongyang Inc., Tongyang Networks, Ssangyong Engineering & Construction, Sambu Construction, Pine Resort, etc., and advised a number of country clubs requiring rehabilitation such as Island CC, Namchuncheon CC, and Art Valley CC, and advised on the M&As of companies under rehabilitation including Dongbu Corporation, and also advised on the meetings of bondholders of Woongjin Energy, DB Metal, and STX, and the workout of Keangnam Enterprises.

Mr. Huh earned a LL.B. degree from Seoul National University in 2004 and completed the Judicial Research & Training Institute course in 2008. He served his military duties in the army as a judge advocate between 2008 and 2011 and joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2011.
