介绍

Hyeon Kang's main practice areas include real estate, real estate finance, indirect real estate investment, construction, energy, foreign investment, and overseas investment. In particular, Mr. Kang accumulated various experience in many cases of advice and litigation across all stages from development to finance and transaction of office, logistics, retail, housing, data center, hotel, and complex building. Also, since 2016, he has been active as an editor of the domestic real estate market at Chambers and Partners. Mr. Kang wrote publications on indirect real estate investment and actively participated in amendments of the laws related to indirect real estate investment. Mr. Kang has been providing lectures on the relevant fields at the Judicial Research & Training Institute, Attorney Research & Training Institute, and Korea Association of Real Estate Investment Trust over several years. Mr. Kang is active in many roles, including an arbitrator of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, a member of the Alternative Investment Committee of the National Pension Service, and an advisory counsel of KBS.
