Dongyeop Lee served as chief of Office of Corporate Disclosure System, head of Corporate Disclosure Department, head of Enforcement Review Department, deputy governor of Capital Market Supervision Department in charge of inspection and investigation, and senior deputy governor of Capital Market Supervision Department at the Financial Supervisory Service.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience and relevant knowledge in the field of capital market, which he gained from being mainly in charge of supervision, inspection and sanction, corporate disclosure, and investigation of unfair trade practices while serving as a member of the Listing & Disclosure Committee of the Korea Exchange and a member of the Self-Regulation Committee of the Korea Financial Investment Association.
