Gwanghyen Cho's main practice focuses on financial regulations and authorizations, capital markets and corporate financing. Mr. Cho earned his J.D. from Sogang Law School after graduating from KAIST majoring in Industrial & Systems Engineering. And before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2020, he has built up practical experiences in the field of finance by taking charge of reviewing the laws including Credit Information Use and Protection Act and investigating unfair trade in capital markets (including prohibitions on illegal transaction and use of undisclosed information) while working at Financial Supervisory Service.
