Yongsang Kim has particular expertise in laws and regulations applicable to newly listed companies and existing listed companies in the capital markets, such as IPO, and split relisting, back-door listing, disclosure, and delisting review of listed companies. Having begun his career as a certified public accountant in 1990, Mr. Kim worked on accounting audit and tax adjustment for ten years at KPMG San Tong and Shinhan Accounting Corporation. He also built up extensive experience and knowledge for 20 years while working as directors/general managers, KOSPI and KOSDAQ Markets, Korea Exchange starting from 1999, mainly in the areas of listing review, listing system, listing of tech firm, disclosure of listed company, and delisting review.
