Jiyoung Bae represents and advises clients on foreign matters, corporate practice, international transaction, M&A, energy, natural resources, environment, and overseas construction.
Ms. Bae served as the first president of the Islam Law Association of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and first president of the Korea Islam Law Association. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the Middle East and North African region. From 2014 to 2016, she was seconded at Pinsent Masons LLP Dubai Office, a global UK law firm that specializes in international construction. She was in Teheran from January 2017 to June 2019 and provided legal advice on Iran business for clients. Ms. Bae is the current head of the Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Dubai. She is representing and advising clients in cases involving UAE, Iran, Turkey, and the Middle East and African regions.
