Hyuna Kim is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms. Kim's practice covers the full spectrum of antitrust matters, including merger control filings, cartels, abuse of dominance, and unfair transaction. She was awarded as “Recommended Lawyer” in Antitrust and Competition by the Legal 500 in 2018 and "Leading Practitioner" in competition by Who's Who Legal in 2020 and 2021.

Ms. Kim has lectured in the academic world based on her experience, on corporate law, intellectual property rights, and Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. She previously served as vice chair of the IPBA Antitrust Committee, and is currently a member of IBA Antitrust Committee Cartel Working Group.

Ms. Kim also made various contributions, including in the GCR Handbook of Competition Agencies (2016-2018), GCR Getting the Deal Through (Dominance, 2012), International Comparative Legal Guide to Competition Litigation (2010-2015), Chambers – Doing Business In 2020 and Merger Control in 2020 and Legal 500 – Merger Control in 2020.

Also, Ms. Kim is an environmental lawyer who has been representing clients in issues such as environmental regulations on the atmosphere, water quality, waste, and soil pollution, and new environmental regulations such as climate change issues including the greenhouse gas emission trading system, chemical-related regulations, and integrated permits under the Act on the Integrated Control of Pollutant-Discharging Faculties.

Ms. Kim previously served as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Environment. She is currently serving various positions, including non-standing member of the central environmental dispute mediation committee of the Ministry of Environment, member of the environmental damage relief council of the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute and director of Korea Environmental Law Association.
