Jeong-Hoon Lee focuses his practice on capital markets, corporate finance, acquisition finance, general finance, shipping/aircraft finance, project finance, and private equity investment.

Mr. Lee played a leading role in advising K Car, Kakaopay, HK inno.N, SD Biosensor, DoubleDown Interactive, SK Biopharmaceuticals, Big Hit Entertainment, Samsung Life Insurance, and Netmarble on their IPO; Samhwa Paints Industrial on its CB issuance; Woori Bank on its mezzanine investments, including establishing New Growth Company Fund and investing in venture firms and startups; a number of clients on their aircraft finance, as in the case of, e.g., the financing for Sichuan MSN 1528; financing of SK Siltron's acquisition of an overseas wafer business division; and facility loans of Lotte Versalis Elastomers.

Mr. Lee graduated from the Department of Law of Seoul National University, completed the 34th Judicial Research and Training Institute course, and earned his LL.M. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
