Sookyung Chung is a senior foreign attorney whose practice primarily focuses on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and antitrust and competition. Ms. Chung also advises clients on regulatory and investigation matters.

Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Ms. Chung worked at Wall Street law firms including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (New York, Hong Kong) and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (Seoul) where she advised global companies, investment banks and private equity funds in the fields of capital markets and other corporate matters.
