Seungho Sohn has been advising and representing clients in a wide variety of cases involving anti-trust and competition, including unfair business practice, business group regulation, business combination, subcontract, distributorship, franchise business, and large retail business, and consumers. Based on his work experience at companies and the Korea Fair Trade Commission, Mr. Sohn has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and practical experience while handing numerous cases involving domestic and global leading companies in the fields of manufacturing, construction, IT, finance, telecommunication, distribution, pharmaceutics, and franchise business.
