Kyuyeol Kwak completed the course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2013 and joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2017. He mainly focuses his practice on M&A, foreign investment and private equity investment.
Mr. Kwak earned a LL.B. from Korea University in 2009 and participated in a visiting scholar program at USC Gould School of Law in 2023.
