Chulho Heo advises and represents clients in criminal matters, with an emphasis on finance, securities, tax, pyramid scheme, fund-raising business without permission, fair trade, insurance, cross-border crimes, drugs.
Previously, Mr. Heo held various position in the public sector, including 4th senior prosecutor, Criminal Department, Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office; 1st and 2nd senior prosecutor, Criminal Department, Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office; 5th prosecutor, Criminal Department, Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office; senior prosecutor, Narcotics and Organized Crime Investigation Department, Suwon District Prosecutors' Office; deputy chief prosecutor, Changwon District Prosecutors' Office; and head, Masan Branch of Changwon District Prosecutors' Office. He also has years of experience in giving lectures to new prosecutors on investigation into economic crimes involving tax at the Institute of Justice as well as in planning matters while serving as head of International Cooperation Center, Supreme Prosecutors' Office; head, Narcotics Department, Supreme Prosecutors' Office; and prosecutor, Office of Deputy Director General of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Justice.
