介绍
Hyewon Shin mainly advises on the disputes over infringement of intellectual property rights and the transactions of intellectual property rights, domestic and international lawsuits, negotiation strategies, and management of intellectual property rights and represents clients in related cases.
Ms. Shin is experienced in representing clients in issues of trademark, copyright, unfair competition laws, arguing cases in disputes and devising strategies for the potential risks. In addition, she has been advising clients on intellectual property disputes encompassing methods throughout civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.
Based on her fluent foreign language skills, Ms. Shin has advised on numerous multinational companies conducting business in Korea, cooperating with foreign law firms in international transactions and negotiations. She is also dealing with various disputes arising from overseas business of Korean companies.
