介绍

Jung Min Jo's practice primarily focuses on healthcare and life science, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investments. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 1999, Mr. Jo has advised a broad range of domestic and foreign major companies across many industries on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, foreign investments, outbound investments and technology transactions.

Mr. Jo directs overall healthcare and life science practice and specializes in advising Korean and international clients on various legal issues affecting the health care and life science field in Korea.

Mr. Jo was a member of Advisory Committee for Revision of Commercial Law (i.e., corporate law) under the Ministry of Justice, an auditor of Korea Institute of Drug Safety and Risk Management, and a member of Self-Regulation Review Committee of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. In 2012, he was selected as an "External Counsel of the Year" by Asian-MENA Counsel and was also recognized one of "Best Lawyer" by Korea In-House Counsel Association in 2017.
