Byoungha Jeon focuses his practice on litigating financial, real estate, construction and general civil matters as well as advising on matters concerning real estate development, real estate transactions, and real estate indirect investments.

Immediately after completing his military service as judge advocate, Republic of Korea Air Force, Mr. Jeon joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 1992. Drawing upon his long experience and expertise in finance and real estate litigations, he served as a member of the Financial City Advisory Group, Seoul Metropolitan City, the Civil Law Amendment Commission, Ministry of Justice, and National Housing Fund Steering Committee, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. For 11 consecutive years from 2008 to 2020, he was selected as a Leading Lawyer in areas of real estate, and litigation and dispute resolution by Chambers Asia-Pacific.
