介绍
Sukjun Hong primarily advises on matters relating to asset management and collective investment schemes, capital markets and corporate finance, as well as licensing and regulatory compliance for financial institutions. In particular, Mr. Hong focuses on providing legal advice on the Capital Markets Act and on the domestic registration of offshore funds.
Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Hong worked as a fund manager in charge of management of offshore funds and alternative investment funds at Tongyang Asset Management from 2009 to 2013, and earned CFA in 2013. He earned B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University and J.D. from Yonsei University Law School.
