Yonggeun Bae is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and his main practice areas involve investment, real estate development, SOC business, project finance, M&A and international disputes in foreign countries, especially in Vietnam/Southeast Asia. Mr. Bae graduated from Korea University (LL.B. & LL.M.) and University of Southern California Gould School of Law (LL.M.) and completed the highest ranking course at Graduate School of Policy Studies, Korea University. He served as representative of Yulchon's Vietnam office and is currently serving as representative of BKL's Vietnam office.

Based on his experience and expertise in investment in foreign countries, Mr. Bae has participated, as a lecturer, panelist and reader, in various seminars and academic events such as Korea Securities Training Institute (Vietnam), enterprise law seminar hosted by the Center for Asian Law (Vietnam), Korean Association for Public Administration Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs (Cambodia), dispute resolution seminar hosted by the Korean Consulate General in Hochimin and Korean Chamber of Commerce (Vietnam), symposium relating to measures for judicial advancement and exchange and cooperation with foreign courts supervised by the Judicial Research and Training Institute (Vietnam), symposium for intensification of judicial cooperation among foreign countries supervised by the Ministry of Government Legislation (Cambodia), highest ranking course of Global Management Strategy Institute Corporation (Myanmar), College of Political Science & Economics, Korea University (overseas investment), Korea Legislation Research Institute (Cambodia), transfer pricing seminar supervised by the Korean Embassy in Vietnam, Korean Chamber of Commerce and KOTRA (Vietnam) and KOTRA (Myanmar's legislation on investment), etc.

Mr. Bae served as legal advisor for the Korean Embassy in Vietnam, director of the Hanoi Korean International School Foundation, member of International Committee of the Seoul Bar Association, and vice president of the Korean Association in Hanoi, etc. and is currently serving as legal advisor for the Korean Construction Association in Vietnam, vice chairman of the KOCHAM in Vietnam, member of the Legal Advisory Panel for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Doing Business Abroad of the Ministry of Justice, vice president of the Korean Association in Vietnam, and consultant for the Center for Support for Utilization of the Korea-Vietnam FTA of the KOTRA.
