Kidong Kyeong passed the National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration and graduated from Seoul National University (B.A. in Economics). He worked in the Financial Planning Division, the New Growth Policy Division, the Business Environment Division, and the Job and Economy Support Division at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Afterwards, he earned a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law and joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
