George Hyojin Lee is a foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Lee specializes in corporate practice, M&A and foreign investment.

Mr. Lee earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) in English Education from Hanyang University in 2013, and a J.D. (with Concentration in Business and Finance Law) from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to joining BKL in 2022, he worked as a tax law advisor at RSM US LLP in its Washington National Tax team. Mr. Lee also has work experience in international trade at Samsung C&T Corporation before law school.
