Byong Yol Woo is a senior foreign attorney. Mr. Woo's practice is focused on corporate regulation, legislative consulting services, private investment, international trade, inter-Korean economic cooperation, ESG, and etc. After passing the National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration in Korea, he was responsible for policy-making, policy assessment, and policy coordination at the Ministry of Government Legislation, the Mistry of Strategy and Finance, the Office of the President of Korea, Gangwon Provincial Office, etc.

Mr. Woo received his LL.B. from Seoul National University and his LL.M. from University of Michigan Law School, and was admitted to the New York Bar.
