Suhwan Cho is a patent attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee IP. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has actively taken part in all aspects of intellectual property rights including patent prosecutions, trials, litigations and consulting.  

Mr. Cho mainly performs tasks in the field of electrical, electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors and vehicles. He has performed substantial work in a number of cases related to patents, disputes in which technologies such as trade secrets are at issue, licensing, IPR transactions, work related to employee inventions and foreign IPR litigations. 

He graduated from Hanyang University, School of Electronics, Communication and Computer Engineering in 2011 and received his LL.M. from University of Southern California School of Law in 2020.
