Seyoung Cho is a patent attorney, focusing his practice mainly on advisory, trial and litigation services involving intellectual property right. In particular, he has handled various patent-related matters arising out of or in connection with technology.

After passed the Korean Patent Bar Examination in 2006, he joined Bae, Kim & Lee IP in 2008. Since then, he has been actively representing domestic/overseas companies, universities and research institutes in the patent applications, trials, and litigations involving intellectual property right. Beginning 2024, his practice at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC focuses on advisory, trial and litigation services involving intellectual property right. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Korea University in 2005 and an LL.M. from University of Southern California Law School in 2015.
