Sangjin Park is a partner of BAE, KIM & LEE IP, and is in charge of domestic and international trademark-related affairs.

Ms. Park has been actively dealing with cases in all aspects of trademark law including trademark prosecutions, trials, litigations and advices as a representative of domestic/international companies, individuals and universities etc. In particular, she has assisted numerous clients in trademark trials and litigations.

Ms. Park graduated from Ewha Womans University, Department of Clothing and Textiles and received a master's degree of Clothing and Textiles, and worked as a designer and a merchandiser for clothing companies. Based on her background, she has also previously handled design related tasks, and now works mainly in the trademark and copyright fields.
