Muhyun An is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL), who worked at the Korean National Police Agency for seven years, performing various tasks in a broad range of criminal investigation work including investigation of economic crime, investigation of female youth, examination of warrant, and investigation planning. Among others, as the Korean National Police Agency introduced the warrant examiner system, Mr. An was appointed as the first warrant examiner in Korea, conducted investigative work by drafting warrants for major cases in the southern Gyeonggi Province, including a fire incident in a construction site of large-sized logistics warehouse, case of death resulting from child abuse, and case of abuse of mayor's authority, and took the lead in development of police investigations by writing booklets of practical investigation and providing lectures for training of new investigator.

Mr. An earned an LL.B. and a B.A. from the Law School/Department of French Language and Literature of Korea University and completed an J.D. course in Law School of Sungkyunkwan University. Since then, he was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2012 and worked at Seohyun Law Firm, Samsung Electronics, and the National Police Agency before joining in Criminal Defense Group at BKL in January 2021.
