介绍
Jungno Yoon is a member of the Financial Litigation Team II of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Yoon's practice is focused on real estate trust transactions, M&A disputes, and general, financial, and criminal litigations.
Mr. Yoon graduated from the Department of Law of Seoul National University, completed the 36th judicial training course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and served in the army as a judge advocate. Since joining BKL in 2010, he has provided best legal services to his clients based on his rich experience and excellent practical skills developed in the areas of M&As, investment disputes between companies, trust disputes, financial disputes, etc.
