介绍
Heejae Suk primarily advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital investments, and general corporate matters.
Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2019, Ms. Suk has represented numerous domestic and international private equity funds and corporate clients in acquisitions and dispositions of controlling stakes. She also has extensive experience advising on various forms of inbound investments, as well as change-of-control transactions effected through mergers, business transfers, and similar transactions. She served as a visiting lawyer at the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she represented U.S. private equity funds in a broad range of private equity transactions.
Ms. Suk received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University and graduated as valedictorian from Seoul National University School of Law in 2019. She earned an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2025.
