Hawon Cho primarily focuses her practice on domestic litigation-related matters, including general civil litigation, construction and real estate litigation, and capital markets and financial investment litigation. Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in May 2026, Ms. Cho served as a law clerk at Civil Division 1 (Civil Appellate Division) of the Seoul Western District Court, Criminal Division 30 (dedicated to applications for adjudication) of the Seoul High Court, and Civil Division 18 (dedicated to commercial and corporate matters) of the Seoul High Court.
