概要
Byoung Kwon Oh is senior advisor at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. His main areas of practice include advising on corporate regulation, real estate, environmental matters, personal information protection, and serious accidents/disaster safety.
After becoming the youngest person to pass the 36th National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration, Mr. Oh served at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Gyeonggi Province, the Presidential Office, and the Korean Embassy in the United Kingdom. At the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Mr. Oh served as director general for Local Finance Policy and head of the Natural Disaster Office, where Mr. Oh was responsible for fiscal policy and disaster safety affairs. In addition, while serving in Gyeonggi Province as director general of the Environment Bureau, director general of the Economy Office, director general of the Planning and Coordination Office, deputy mayor of Bucheon City, and eventually first vice governor for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Oh was responsible for regulatory policy, regional development, environmental matters, and corporate support affairs.
Mr. Oh graduated from Seoul National University College of Law, the Graduate School of Law at the same university, and the University of San Diego School of Law (LL.M.).
