Yongjoo Jeon's principal areas of practice include construction and real estate litigation, general civil litigation, intellectual property litigation and advisory, trade secret protection and response to technology leakage, and corporate compliance.

After completing his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute (40th Period) in 2011, Mr. Jeon served as head of Legal Affairs (executive vice president) at Kolon Global Corp., Kolon Corporation (holding company), and Kolon Industries, Inc. He joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2026.

During his tenure at the Kolon Group, Mr. Jeon handled numerous high-profile and landmark cases, successfully managing the investigations and criminal litigations related to the resort gymnasium collapse, as well as criminal and administrative litigations concerning corporate tax assessments. He also played a pivotal role in overseeing the investigations and criminal proceedings surrounding the Invossa case. Beyond his litigation expertise, he spearheaded various Group-level M&A projects and was instrumental in the establishment and operation of comprehensive antitrust and corporate compliance systems. His practice further extended to managing regulatory responses, resolving IP disputes, and developing robust strategies for trade secret protection.
