Seung Joo Kim's practice focuses on general domestic litigation as well as construction and real estate-related litigation and advisory matters.
Ms. Kim graduated summa cum laude from Seoul National University with a major in Chinese Language and Literature and a double major in Business Administration, and earned her J.D. cum laude from Seoul National University School of Law.
Ms. Kim was admitted to the Korean Bar, she joined Shin & Kim LLC in 2024, where she handled a wide range of domestic litigation matters, including civil, criminal, and family law cases, as well as construction and real estate disputes. In 2026, she joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
