Kiyong Kim serves as a principal advisor specializing in the listing procedures and management of listed companies, including Initial Public Offerings (IPO), SPAC merger and listing, corporate disclosures, and delisting procedures. Since 2000, Mr. Kim has built extensive experience and knowledge across both the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets of the Korea Exchange (KRX), performing duties in listing systems, listing examinations, technology-based special listings, and corporate disclosures.
