Soyeon Kim graduated second in her class from the Department of Western History at Seoul National University and earned her J.D. with honors from Seoul National University School of Law.

Upon admission to the Korean Bar in 2025, Ms. Kim joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, where she is currently engaged in practice as an attorney. Ms. Kim’s practice focuses primarily on domestic litigation, with an emphasis on general civil disputes and matters relating to capital markets and financial investments.
