Mr. Kim began his career at the Bank of Korea in the Foreign Exchange Management Department and the International Department, where he handled matters related to foreign exchange regulations. Mr. Kim then joined Kim & Chang, providing advice on financial regulations including foreign exchange transactions rules and working on a wide range of financial contracts. Subsequently, Mr. Kim served for 21 years at HSBC Korea in legal and compliance roles before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2025.
