Ki Su Kyung practices in antitrust and competition law, with a primary focus on investigations, regulatory responses, and advisory services.

Mr. Kyung earned a B.A. in Sociology from Korea University and began his career as an investigator at the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, where he served both the Construction Subcontracting Team and the Fair Trade Team. He subsequently earned a J.D. from Korea University School of Law with the honors of valedictorian and served as a prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and the Yeoju Branch of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office. Since 2025, he has been practicing as an attorney with Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
