Overview
Jong Moon Kim's main practice areas are regulatory policy and conflict management. Since passing the National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration in 1994 with the highest score in the general administration field, Mr. Kim has served for 31 years in the Office of the Prime Minister, the Office of the President, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, building a broad range of public service experience as a leading figure throughout. Based on this experience, and on his deep understanding and expertise regarding who is responsible for what in each government agency, he is equipped to provide advisory services on corporate regulation across a wide range of sectors.
