概要
Byeong Kyu Yu served as the head of the legal affairs team (managing director, executive director, and vice president) for over 20 years at Samsung SDS, Korea's leading IT company, where he oversaw major legal affairs, including domestic and international legal affairs, global logistics, compliance, and personal information protection and handled a wide range of matters such as review of various types of domestic and overseas IT and logistics contracts, disputes/litigation, and arbitration response. Mr. Yu also served for two years as the head of the External Relations Office, where he was responsible for overseeing public relations, government relations, cooperation with academic and industry associations, and procurement.
Prior to joining Samsung SDS, Mr. Yu served as a prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office for approximately nine years, spending more than half of his tenure in the Special Investigations Division.
