소개
Kitaik Lee focuses his practice mainly on civil and intellecutual property right laws. In 1985, he started his career as a judge at the Seoul Civil District Court, and served on the court for 36 years. While serving as a Supreme Court Justice from 2015 to 2021, he contributed to the formation of important precedents in the fileds of civil law and intellectual property law. He is currently serving as an Endowed-Chair Professor at Sogang University School of Law. He also has participated in the writing of works such as the Commentary on the Civil Act, the Commentary on the New Civil Procedure Act, and the Commentary on the Civil Enforcement Act, as well as in the revision of the Civil Procedure Act.
